I have been meaning to create the pages for «technical» information for some time now. Not only just «trouble-shooting» information for the public, but a record of some of my own technical-difficulties experiences, too. The first article I am going to write is in response to the common customer-question regard why «Blue-Tooth Head-Set Will Not Pair With Cell-Phone» that I remember coming across a lot when I used to work in tech-support. For other issues that I may be personally testing or do not have any known, real, working, etc., solutions, they are high-lighted with the pink-coloured back-grounds. Due to needing to re-design and «standardise» this whole entire web-site, this page has only been temporarily updated, but, I intend to get back to it after properly «cleaning up» the rest of the codes that I need to review/update.
